Color Removal of Molasses Effluent

Flask M – Molasses Effluent

Flask #1 – 100 mL of molasses effluent put through a column containing 50 mL of MR-A1AMC (SW1102-0216) at a flow rate of approximately 3.2 mL/min.

Flask #2 – 50 mL of flask #1 placed in a beaker containing approximately 5g of pulverized 1240 AWLD (JB13074-1) carbon and agitated for approximately 1 hour and then filtered through a 2.5 um filter.
